Do I get support after I leave the BF+DA?

How are design entrepreneurs selected?

We are interested in five key elements – design and innovation, social and environmental values, growth potential, financial security, and cultural fit. Using these criteria, our review committee selects applicants for a short phone interview. For the next stage, we invite you to our space for an in-person interview, to see our resources, and meet some of our entrepreneurs. The final stage consists of a Burst session (deep-dive discovery) with one of our Entrepreneurs-in-Residence and one of our s.LAB mentors.

How much does the Venture Fellowship cost?

For most companies our Venture Fellow fees currently range from $440 to $660 per month for the first year.

Can I be a part-time Venture Fellow?

What am I expected to contribute?

We are a community of people that thrives by its members being available, interested and engaged in the success of others.

Do I have to show something at the end of my time in the Accelerator?

No, but we hope you will have achieved success!

Do I need to be in fashion design to apply?
